Mia Reef Isla Mujeres Cancun All Inclusive Resort

I absolutely loved the secluded location of Mia Reef. The private island setting allowed me to be in direct touch with nature, making my stay even more special. The beach and pool were both stunning, and the ocean view from my room was breathtaking. The all-inclusive package was definitely worth it, with a variety of delicious food options and continuous entertainment provided. Kayaks and paddleboards were an added bonus for some fun water activities.

I felt like part of the family during my stay at Mia Reef. I have absolutely no complaints about my experience.

The location of the hotel is absolutely stunning, surrounded by breathtaking views from every angle. the hotel offers a unique experience with sunrises and sunsets over the water, making it a truly memorable place to stay. Additionally, the staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home during your stay.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that were not up to par. Some guests mentioned that there were issues with the water pressure and hot water in their rooms, which can be frustrating.

Mia Resorts is situated in a stunning location on its own island, surrounded by beautiful beaches and clear blue waters. Guests can enjoy taking a walk on the pier, which offers breathtaking views. The hotel also offers round the clock food and drinks due to its all-inclusive concept, ensuring guests are well taken care of. The staff is described as kind, helpful, and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The property is private and offers a lovely atmosphere for relaxation.

Some guests reported issues with leaking rooms during rainstorms, which could have been better equipped to handle such weather conditions.

The location was perfect - secluded and relaxing with no neighboring properties. The beach was stunning and the rooms and facilities were always clean. The resort offered free paddle boarding and kayaking, and the staff was friendly from reception to management.

Located on a pier, this hotel boasts beautiful views out to sea. Guests can enjoy the new front beach and take a dip in the ocean without a life jacket or snorkeling. Outside of the restaurant, visitors can take in the fresh sea air and serene atmosphere.

The staff were unhelpful and the room was dirty with hard, yellow stained sheets. The bathroom wasn't functional and the breakfast was stale with limited options.

We couldn't have been happier with this place. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the service was exceptional. The location, on the edge of a calm lagoon, was perfect for us. We loved the easy access to the airport and the secluded beach. The room service was fantastic, with fresh towels and sheets each day, and plenty of space for our family of four. The staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed and cared for from check-in to check-out. The relaxing wellness centre and outdoor swimming pool were a highlight, and the jacuzzi was a great way to unwind after a long day.

We would recommend this venue to all.

The breakfast was delicious, especially the eggs cooked by Armando. We always had a great beach spot thanks to the attentive waiters like Miller and Ruben. We also enjoyed exploring the town on a rented golf cart. Overall we had a wonderful stay at this resort.

I recently stayed at a fantastic all-inclusive resort in Mexico. My purpose was to relax and enjoy the stunning scenery, and Mia Reef did not disappoint. The view from the oceanfront villas was like something out of a postcard. The staff, especially Jonathan at the bar and Royer with entertainment, were incredibly friendly and helpful. I loved that the island was safe to explore, either on foot or by golf cart. The drinks were delicious and the breakfast was great. a wonderful experience.

The hotel facilities were excellent, with a variety of activities available including kayaking and paddleboarding. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The all-inclusive package was definitely worth it, with delicious and varied food options, including a memorable Christmas Eve dinner. This hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the center of the island and right by the reef. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation experience.

The beach was absolutely fabulous, one of the best I've ever seen. the sandy shore and crystal-clear water were pure perfection. the staff were also amazing, always polite and accommodating. the service provided by the concierge was excellent, and the entertainment staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. the variety of food options was also impressive, with tasty meals available throughout the day. the resort was kept clean and well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay.

There were a few negatives to our experience. the rooms were quite small and lacked some basic amenities.

Speaking of the beach, it was truly the highlight of my stay. Not only did I have direct access to a private and picturesque beach, but I also had the opportunity to go snorkeling right off the hotel's reef. It was a truly unforgettable experience.
